  I went to this Subway for lunch today and the lady was so rude to the other employee. I will call her pig tails because that's how her hair was done. I would give you a name, but she wasn't wearing a name tag or her hat. Another employee came in and clocked in and started to help with my sandwiches. It seemed no mater what she did, pig tails would tell her she was doing it wrong or too slow. While the other employee was cashing me out, pig tails kept coming over and telling her that she's doing it wrong, or what's the hold up and that if she doesn't know how to be a cashier then she should stick to sandwich making. You could see the girls hands shaking. Pig tails was grabbing the sandwiches in the bags and apologizing that they were separately bagged. I told her it was not a big deal. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered that pig tails handed me the wrong sandwich. So I drove back and luckily the owner was there and when I told him about his rude employee and that it was her fault for the mix up, he said thank you for letting me know what you saw. Pig tails just kept saying that it wasn't her fault and that she was at the other end of the line...which was a lie. This Subway seems to have a problem keeping employees and maybe pigtails is the reason why. I sure as hell wouldn't work with her. My friend used to run 2 subways and I was his 'secret shopper'. I know what to look for in a Subway that's ran properly. Obviously this store needs some training for corporate. I feel sorry for the other employee. And the sandwich that pig tails made me wasn't even that good.

  I've been to this place a few times. People that work here are fine and so is the food but whoever manages this location needs to staff it appropriately. Dinner rush everytime and one poor employee trying to handle a line out the door. Employees always have a great attitude and do a great job. Just don't come if your in a hurry!
